General:
The Wellness Barn kindly asks you to arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to begin the relaxation process or, where necessary, to complete any required consultation forms. Occasionally, your therapist may run slightly behind; in such instances where it is the fault of the therapist, please be assured that you will still receive your full treatment time. Please be advised that, should you arrive late, it may be necessary to reduce your treatment time to ensure following clients' appointments are not impacted.
Bookings:
To avoid disappointment, it is recommended, in the first instance, to book your treatments through our online booking system. Alternatively, bookings can be made by contacting us via email, calling or texting us on 07899 898257, or through visiting the Barn. Should you be interested in one of our Memberships, it is advisable to book all treatments included in the Membership so as to ensure treatment results are not compromised.
By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to The Wellness Barn's policies, which are outlined below.
Treatment-Specific:
Deposits and Refunds:
A deposit of 20% will be requested upon booking to secure your treatment time for treatments lasting one hour or longer. Deposits can also be paid via BACS or through a secure payment link; please ask for details. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled treatment, the deposit will be refunded to you providing appropriate notice has been given.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 48 hours for any rescheduling and/or cancellation of treatments; failure to provide the requested notice will result in any deposits being retained. Clients that fail to attend their treatment and/or do not inform us will be marked as 'No Show', full payment for the treatment will be charged, and you will be requested to pay in full for any future treatments. We appreciate that, sometimes, life happens, and each case will be considered and reviewed before a considered decision is made.
Age Restrictions:
Please kindly be advised that The Wellness Barn cannot treat anyone under the age of 14 for insurance purposes, and clients must be aged 18 or over to receive Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and/or Semi-Permanent Make-Up.

- For Pedicures where normal varnish is applied, please bring open-toed shoes to allow varnish to fully dry.
- For Facials (particularly Advanced Facials), please, wherever possible, arrive with a bare face.
- For Lash treatments, please do NOT wear contact lenses, and--where possible--do not arrive with eye make-up.
